We provide three tiers of private event package options with additional choices to ensure the party is everything you envisioned. Feed your event guests with a mouthwatering array of entrees and appetizers. Offering several dining menus to choose from, Salero’s owner and chef, David Horton, treats your guests to his finest delicacies. Johnson and Wales trained, Chef Horton provides options for breakfast, brunch, buffet, and cocktail-style menus. 

You can reserve a chocolate fountain to add a special flair of decadence to your party. We also offer several open bar options as well as a raw seafood bar. Salero’s launch party event planners will assist you with picking the best package to fit your needs and budget.

Our packages allow you to focus on the launch instead of party details by offering full-service staff for three hours. Packages include table and chair setups, as well as several modern amenities for guests to use during events. The art projector, screen, and sound system equipment are ideal for slideshows and presentations. You are welcome to use the amenities to create ambiance with background music or engage your guests during the launch.
