All menu items are prepared by our owner and Johnson, and Wales trained culinary artist Chef David Horton. David trained and graduated in 1996. His years of experience in the kitchen have enhanced his keen eye for detail and palate for creating enticing appetizers and entrees. David offers a unique culinary style allowing couples to choose from various dishes to serve to their guests. He has received praise for creating menu items that exceed the expectations of even the fussiest diners.
